What is the aim? Within 3 months, all patients on 8W1 will have a CAM undertaken once a shift whilst attending vital observations during morning and afternoon shifts, new admissions to the ward will have a CAM completed within two hours and all patients with a positive CAM will have an escalation pathway initiated.
